All you need to do is, simply find a link that leads to related information regarding your Facebook page. For example, if your Facebook page is about Android Tips, find an interesting article about Android in internet and copy the link.
Now shorten the URL using shorte.st and post the link in your Facebook page. Now site back and relax and see your revenue growing in your shorte.st statistics. Since you have 4000 people in your Facebook page, there is a probability of getting even 1500-2500 clicks for your short link.
